It can take up to 24 hours for your profile to be approved.

Click the menu icon in the top right and select, edit profile. There you will be able update your information, photos, and location.

To Verify your account and let others know that you’re real and verified, click on the menu icon and select account settings. Scroll down to Verify and click the update button. There you can add your username or links to your social media accounts. Once you’ve added them, click the continue button to submit your verification.

Once Verified, your profile will display the word “Verified” to other members. Don't worry, for privacy purposes, your information will never be displayed to other members.

You can search Verified members by going to search, selecting filters, and then toggling the Verified option.

To hide your profile, click the menu icon and select Account settings. Scroll down and you will see the option to Hide your profile.

Once hidden, your profile will no longer be visible in search.

You can block a member by doing the following:

• 1. Go to the member’s profile and click on the cog wheel. Select Block Member.
• 2. If you are within a message conversation, you can click the cog wheel next to their name and select block member.

To view your profile, click on the menu icon and select View Profile. This is how your profile will be seen by other members. Or, if you are editing your profile, there will be a button that says "Preview" at the top right.

• Click the “Add Photo” image and select where you would like to upload the image from. If you are using the iOS or Android app, make sure to accept the permissions for the app to view your photos and use your camera. By doing so, you will be able to upload photos from your phone and or take a photo and upload it to your profile.

To Edit your images, click (desktop) or tap (mobile) the image you wish to edit, and you will see the image options appear. Select the pencil icon to edit your image. You can resize and rotate your image as you wish.

To remove a photo, click (desktop) or tap (mobile) the image you want to remove. Once the image options appear, click the X to remove the image.

To upload your photos, click on the menu icon and select edit profile. You will see options to edit different sections of your profile. Select Photos.

If you have private photos, you will see them in this view. Don’t worry, they are not visible to other members unless you have shared them with a specific member.

Within the main settings section, you can update your email address, phone number, and password. You can also verify your account, hide your profile, and deactivate your account.

If you have purchased a membership, here is where you will be able to view your membership orders as well as the expiration date of your current premium membership.

This is where you can invite your friends to become a member of Sugarmodels. It’s completely anonymous. (see Invite a friend in FAQ)

Here, you will be able to view who you have invited to join Sugarmodels.

To adjust your notifications, simply toggle on or off the available ways of being notified. Make sure to click Continue to save your settings.

This is where you can view the list of members you have blocked. If you wish to unblock them, click the X next to the member.

This is a list of all the members you have shared your private photos with. If you do not want a member to view your private photos anymore, simply click the X next to their thumbnail.

Depending on what section you are within your settings, the more settings section will provide you with the remaining account settings options. Clicking this will show all the account settings.

To search other members, on any device, simply click the magnifier glass at the top of the screen or click the Sugarmodels logo at the top left.

To view a profile, click or tap on the thumbnail to quickly view the member of interest.

Use filters for more specific search criteria.

Via Desktop:

• Select any of the option on from the left column, adjust to your liking and click the search button.

Via Mobile App or Mobile Browser:

• Select the purple button labeled "filters" located at the top of the search page.
• Tap on the filter options you would like to adjust and click the search button at the top to view your results.

Alerts are direct messages from a Sugarmodels admin. If an admin reaches out to you, you will be able to message them back without having to be a premium member.

Via Desktop:

• You'll see an Alerts notification on the left side bar as well as receive a pop up notification if you are currently online.
• You can always view all of your alerts by going to the top right menu and selecting alerts.

Via Mobile App or Mobile Browser:

• You'll see an Alerts icon at the top of your screen as well as receive a pop up notification if you are currently online.
• You can always view all of your alerts by going to the top right menu and selecting alerts.

Communicate faster with our instant messaging system by clicking the envelope icon next to the word messaging at the top of the screen.

To send someone a message for the first time, go to their profile and click the Message button. If you would like to send them another message or continue your conversation, simply send and reply to your messages right from your inbox.

New message Indicator

• If you receive a new message and you are online, you will receive a pop up notification informing you of your received message.
The message icon at the top of the screen will also indicate how many new messages by a number in a red alert box.
• Same as text messaging, if both members are online, you will be able to communicate instantly. You will see the other person typing and if they have read your message.

We know privacy is important to our members and that is why we have added the ability to make a video or voice call from within the app and website. No phone numbers are needed. It is completely discreet and private. Data charges may apply according to your personal data plan.

To make a call, both members will need to be online. This prevents any unwanted calls when you are not using the app.

From within your message conversation with a member, you will see a camera and microphone icon located next to the user’s name. Click the preferred method of contact and wait for the other member to pick up. The calls are made through our app, so no phone numbers are needed. Data charges may apply according to your personal data plan. It is completely discreet and private. If you do not see the video or microphone icon next to a member’s name, this would indicate that their device is not available for this type of communication.

You can invite your friend(s) to join Sugarmodels from within your account.

To invite a friend, click the top right menu icon and select Invite a Friend. There you will be able to input their phone number or email to send an instant invitation. All invitations are discreet and anonymous.

If you have added photos to your private folder and wish to share them with other members, you can do so by going to the person’s profile you wish to share. Click on the settings cog wheel and select share private photos. The member will be notified that you have shared your private photos with them and they will now be able to view all of your photos.

How it works

Unique Invite Link

• Scout accounts are provided with a unique invite link which the scout can copy, paste and share across all social media platforms. The link is unique to each account and when someone signs up by clicking the scout's link, they will be added to the scout's roster.
• Share on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Blogs, and anywhere you can think to post your unique link.

Personal Invite

• Within the invitations, a scout can manually input a phone number or email of a person they want to invite into Sugarmodels.
• This is helpful when a scout is out and about and wants to invite someone instantly.
• The recipient will receive an instant SMS text message or email depending on the information provided.

Monthly Payouts

Get paid monthly based on the members who have joined from your invites.

Track your signups and payouts in your scout dashboard.

To remove your account, select the menu icon in the top right of your screen. Within the menu, select Account Settings.

Select Deactivate My Account.
